BOOKING

All Deposits Must Be Paid Prior To Receiving Any Confirmations
Final Payments Can Be Made Via Email, Debit/Credit Card Or On Site
All Deposits Are Non-Refundable & Can Only Be Transferred Once With No Less Than A 48 Hour Notice
Same Day Appointments Within 2hours Notice. No Excuses.

INCLUDED HAIR

Available Hair Colors not limited to;’ 1, 1b, 2 & 4, 8, 613, Burgundy, Blond, purple
Any Other Color Must Be Requested During booking or brought in at your appointment time.
Any extension not pre stretch will be charge $10 for stretching

Hair Services

Hair Must Be Shampooed And Blow Dried As Straight As Possible.

If This Is An Issue, I Will Have To Charge Between $10.00 – $40 Extra To Provide The Service

APPOINTMENT DAY

1. You are allowed to com in 10 minutes before your appointment time. Please, no extra people/ kids. For safety purpose
2. For Small Kids (Clients): Please no full meals or snacks that create crumbs. Fruit and small sandwiches are fine. No (red) drinks that cause stains.

Cancellations & Refunds

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NOREFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR SANITARY PURPOSES.
IN EVENT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER, YOU WILL BE CONTACTED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
YOU WILL BE ALLOWED ONE TIME TO RESCHEDULE WITH THE SAME DEPOSIT, AFTER THAT DEPOSITS MUST BE PAID AGAIN.
NO SHOW CLIENTS WILL HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO BOOK AGAIN WITH NO GUARANTEE OF CONFIRMATION OR APPROVAL

CLIENT CONSENTS TO THEIR PICTURE BEING TAKEN AND USED FOR PORTFOLIO AND PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES. CLIENT IS ALLOWED TO COVER THEIR FACE, HAVE THEIR FACE BLURRED OR DIGITALLY COVERED.
